(2002). <em> <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Angewandte Schulentwicklung<br \/>\nEin Leitbild f\u00fcr ein Lehrerkollegium.<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00fcnchen: Grin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen meines ersten Staatsexamens entwickelte ich gemeinsam mit einigen Lehrerinnen und Lehrern einer M\u00fcnchner Realschule ein Leitbild f\u00fcr deren Kollegium. Dies sollte gemeinsame Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen verbessern und das &#8218;Teamwork&#8216; an der Schule erleichtern und vergr\u00f6\u00dfern.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die vorliegende Studie beschreibt hierzu Hintergr\u00fcnde, Vorgehen und Ergebnisse der Leitbildentwicklung. Sie gliedert sich in zwei gro\u00dfe Abschnitte:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Im ersten Teil werden theoretische Hintergr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Leitbildern dargestellt. Ein Gesamteindruck \u00fcber die Leitbildentwicklung soll sich anschlie\u00dfend in Verbindung mit dem konkreten Prozessbeispiel im zweiten Abschnitt ergeben.
