Von leichten Ersch\u00f6pfungszust\u00e4nden bis hin zu chronischen psychosomatischen Beschwerden sind die Symptome weit gestreut.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gerade zu Beginn der Berufslaufbahn \u2013 im Referendariat \u2013 stellen spezifische Belastungen durch die Position als Lehrer und Lernender zugleich, sowie fehlende Erfahrung und Methodenvielfalt hohe Anforderungen an junge Lehrerinnen und Lehrer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Diese Arbeit beschreibt die Entwicklung, Durchf\u00fchrung und Wirkung eines Seminars zur Stressbew\u00e4ltigung (spezifisch f\u00fcr Referendare), das im Rahmen der Hausarbeit f\u00fcr das zweite Staatsexamen erarbeitet wurde.
