Ein \u00dcbungshandbuch f\u00fcr die Arbeit mit Gruppen und Teams. Etwa 50 verschiedene \u00dcbungen vergr\u00f6\u00dfern die eigene Werkzeugkiste. Dabei sind die Methoden nach den Gruppenphasen bzw. dem angestrebten Ziel, wie etwa Wahrnehmung und Beobachtung oder Normen, Vorurteile, Abwehr geordnet. Jede \u00dcbung wird kurz anhand der wichtigsten Daten (Ziel, Verlauf, Dauer, Material etc.) vorgestellt und die Durchf\u00fchrung anschlie\u00dfend ausf\u00fchrlich beschrieben. Materialien zum Kopieren bzw. Nachstellen sind jeweils anschlie\u00dfend dargestellt.<\/p>\n

Auch wenn Sprache und Layout nicht unbedingt auf dem neuesten Stand sind (Erstver\u00f6ffentlichung 1973), so gibt es hier doch viele Ideen, um in Seminaren, bei der Teamentwicklung oder anderen Gruppenarbeiten neue Instrumente einzusetzen.<\/p>\n
