Philip Zimbardo, der 1971 das ber\u00fchmte Stanford-Prison-Experiment durchf\u00fchrte (verfilmt als „Das Experiment“ mit Moritz Bleibtreu – allerdings in nicht originalgetreuer Umsetzung), legt bereits in 18. Auflage gemeinsam mit Richard Gerrig diesen Klassiker der psychologischen Grundlagenliteratur auf.<\/p>\n

Gut verst\u00e4ndlich (eine Errungenschaft vieler amerikanischer wissenschaftlicher Autoren) und mit zahlreichen Beispielen und Erl\u00e4uterungen versehen, erh\u00e4lt man einen breit gestreuten Eindruck von der Wissenschaft Psychologie und ihren Erkenntnissen in den verschiedenen Fachdisziplinen. Insbesondere f\u00fcr den Bereich der Allgemeinen Psychologie, der sich unter anderem mit Konzepten wie Wahrnehmung, Ged\u00e4chtnis, Denken, Lernen, Emotion und Motivation besch\u00e4ftigt, ergibt sich sowohl f\u00fcr den psychologischen Laien als auch f\u00fcr Studierende im Grundstudium ein guter \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die verschiedenen Theorien und Konzepte.<\/p>\n

Genau f\u00fcr diesen Leserkreis kann ich daher „den Zimbardo“ empfehlen – f\u00fcr vertiefte Einblicke in die einzelnen Fachgebiete der\u00a0 Psychologie verweise ich allerdings auf die entsprechenden ebenfalls in diesem Verzeichnis aufgef\u00fchrten B\u00fccher.<\/p>\n
