Jahrhunderts zeichnete sich das wissenschaftliche Weltbild durch eine stark mechanische Perspektive aus. Menschliche Verhaltensweisen wurden als mechanische und linear-kausale Ergebnisse von herkunftsbedingten oder lern-theoretischen Dimensionen betrachtet (Ursache \u2192 Wirkung).<\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"ALL\" \/> \u00dcber Soziologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Psychologie begann in den 30er bis 50er Jahren des 20. Jhdt. ein Paradigmenwechsel hin zu einer Systemtheorie, die komplexere Zusammenh\u00e4nge der Entstehung und Auswirkung menschlichen Verhaltens erm\u00f6glichte. Ausgehend von der Analyse technischer Systeme wurden \u201e<strong>Regelkreise<\/strong>\u201c beschrieben, in welchen die Systemkomponenten in wechselseitiger Abh\u00e4ngigkeit zueinander stehen (auch: <strong>Kybernetik 1. Ordnung<\/strong>). Ein technisches Standardbeispiel hierf\u00fcr ist die gegenseitige Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von Thermostat und Heizung:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hahnzog.de\/organisationsberatung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/hahnzog_Organisationsberatung_Kybernetik.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-759\" title=\"hahnzog_Organisationsberatung_Kybernetik\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hahnzog.de\/organisationsberatung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/hahnzog_Organisationsberatung_Kybernetik-400x174.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"174\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hahnzog.de\/organisationsberatung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/hahnzog_Organisationsberatung_Kybernetik-400x174.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.hahnzog.de\/organisationsberatung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/hahnzog_Organisationsberatung_Kybernetik-150x65.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.hahnzog.de\/organisationsberatung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/hahnzog_Organisationsberatung_Kybernetik.jpg 694w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Zwischen beiden Systemkomponenten besteht eine wechselseitige Abh\u00e4ngigkeit:<br \/>\nDie W\u00e4rme der Heizung wirkt auf das Thermostat, das ab einer bestimmten Einwirkung die Heizung deaktiviert, wodurch die W\u00e4rme nachl\u00e4sst und ab einem bestimmten Grenzwert wiederum das Thermostat veranlasst wird, die Heizung zu aktivieren, usw.<\/p>\n<p>Zudem sind Systeme mehr oder weniger deutlich von einer <strong>Systemumwelt<\/strong> abzugrenzen, wobei die <strong>Systemgrenze<\/strong> (im Beispiel: Fenster oder T\u00fcr) variabel ist gegen\u00fcber weiteren Systemen. Komplexere Systeme als in diesem einfachen Beispiel zeichnen sich wiederum durch weitere Subsysteme aus, die sich wiederum gegenseitig nach mehr oder weniger komplexen <strong>Regeln<\/strong> gegenseitig bedingen. Dadurch l\u00e4sst sich einer der klassischen Definitionen der systemischen Perspektive ableiten:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eA system is a set of objects together with relationships \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em><br \/>\n<em> between the object und between their attributes.\u201c<\/em> (Hall &amp; Fagen 1956)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die wechselseitige Beeinflussung der Bestandteile eines Systems sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass sich immer wieder ein Zustand der Balance einstellt: die <strong>Hom\u00f6ostase<\/strong>. Insbesondere soziale Systeme zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass der Zustand der Hom\u00f6ostase <em>aus sich selbst heraus<\/em> erzeugt wird \u2013 man spricht hierbei von <strong>Autopoiese<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dies bedeutet allerdings, dass im Rahmen systemischer Beratung keine Steuerung eines Systems von au\u00dfen, ja wahrscheinlich nicht einmal eine Diagnose oder ein Verstehen des Systems aus der externen Perspektive, m\u00f6glich ist. Vielmehr sind Berater Teil des Systems und\u00a0 unter-liegen denselben konstruktivistischen Grundbedingungen (<strong>Kybernetik 2. Ordnung, <\/strong>vgl.
